Na Petrovdan, 12 jula 1932. u Kragujevcu je svečano osvećen i otkriven
spomenim Šumadincima palim u I svetskom ratu. Film prati ceo tok
svečanosti – defile sokola pred đacima i građanima, omladine u narodnim
nošnjama, neotkriven spomenik sa počasnom stražom koju čine četnici,
svečanu tribinu sa počasnim zvanicima među kojima su ministar dvora
Bogoljub Jevtić i patrijarh srpski Varnava. Otkrivanje spomenjika i
polaganje venaca.
On St. Peter`s Day, 12th July 1932,
monument of the fallen Šumadija soldiers in World War I was solemnly
sanctified and unveiled in Kragujevac. The film tracks the whole course
of the ceremony – the parade of hawks before pupils and citizens, the
youth in national folk costume, unveiled monument with the vigil
comprised of the Chetniks, formal grandstand with honorary guests among
which the Court Minister Bogoljub Jevtić and Serbian Patriarch Varnava
were to be found. Unveiling of the monument and laying wreaths. |
